1. Organizer

The organizer of the competition, who also handles the prizes, is Bültel Worldwide Fashion GmbH & Co. KG, Rheiner Straße 28, D-48499 Salzbergen (hereinafter also referred to as “camel active”)

2. Description of the Competition

camel active is organizing a competition from April 26, 2024, to June 30, 2024.

There is the opportunity to win a travel voucher worth €2000 from the travel provider Vivido.

To participate in the competition, it is necessary to fill out and submit the participation form. The participation form can only be filled out online on the competition website. Alternatively, scanning the QR code on the flyer also leads to the competition website. Subsequently, the participant must provide their contact details to qualify for the draw. Participation via the website is possible from April 26, 2024, with the entry deadline being June 30, 2024, at 11:59 PM.

By participating in the competition, the participant acknowledges these terms and conditions and the privacy policy.

3. Eligible Participants

Any natural person who has reached the age of 18 and has a residence in Germany, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, or Belgium is eligible to participate.

Employees of the organizer, its affiliated companies, and cooperation partners, as well as their respective relatives, are excluded. Participation in someone else's name, especially by sweepstakes agencies, sweepstakes clubs, or automated services, is not allowed. The organizer reserves the right to check eligibility for participation and to request proof of age.

Each participant is allowed only one registration in the competition. It is strictly prohibited to use multiple email addresses to increase chances of winning. Participation in the competition is free of charge.

4. Participation in the Competition

A participant enters the competition by participating during the promotional period as per Section 2 and by providing the following contact details accurately and in full during the raffle on the website (marked as mandatory fields): Title (Mr./Mrs./diverse), first name, last name, and email address. In addition, the participant must agree to these terms and conditions and the privacy notice and click on “PARTICIPATE NOW”. After successful participation, the participant will receive an email confirmation that their data has been registered. The data is used exclusively for the execution of the competition. The prize will be raffled off after the end of the promotional period. All participants who have properly participated will be considered. The winner will be informed about the prize via email and must claim the prize within 2 weeks of receiving the email by replying via email. The organizer is not responsible for late, lost, or delayed entries on the website, especially not for technical defects.

5. Costs

Participation in the competition is free of charge. The participant only has to bear the costs that arise from participating via the internet (connection costs of the respective provider).

6. Determination of Winner and Claiming of Prize

The winner is determined random immediately after the end of the participation period, no later than July 15, 2024. The winner will be notified by email. If incorrect contact details are provided, resulting in the prize not being claimed within 2 weeks, or if the prize is not claimed for any other reason within 2 weeks of notification, the right to the prize expires, and a new winner will be determined. This process is repeated until a winner is found.

The organizer is entitled to verify the existence of the prerequisites for participation in the competition with the winner. If the prerequisites (especially proof of age) cannot be demonstrated when claiming the prize, the right to the prize is forfeited. A cash payout, modification, or exchange of the prizes is not possible in any case. The claim to the prize is personal and cannot be transferred.

7. Prize

The following prize can be won as described below:

The prize (1 x): "The Trip of Your Life" - A voucher worth €2000 for the travel provider vivido (redeemable until December 31, 2025)

Minimum age: 18 years

Only participants residing in Germany, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, or Belgium.

The redemption of the voucher is as follows:

• A winner receives a voucher for the travel provider vivido worth €2000.
• The redemption of the voucher occurs in the webshop (vivido travel GmbH, Steinhagen).
• The voucher code can be specified directly when booking. The price of the trip will then be adjusted immediately, or the voucher will be stored as a means of payment. Please note the conditions (e.g., validity period, restrictions, etc.) of the voucher.

The voucher cannot be combined with other promotions. Additionally, the terms and conditions of vivido travel GmbH, Woerdener Straße 5A, 33803 Steinhagen, Germany, apply in the context of prize redemption.

The prize is handed over exclusively to the winner or the legal representative of the winner. An exchange or cash payment of the prize is not possible. Additional costs associated with the claim of the prize are borne by the winner. The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize.

8. Termination of the Competition

The operator expressly reserves the right to end the competition without prior notice and without stating reasons. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent the planned course of the competition. In such a case, participants have no claims against the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to change the terms of participation or to extend or limit the time frame or vary the content of the prizes, provided there are material reasons for doing so and the change is reasonable. The organizer will announce any new conditions on the competition website.

9. Liability

The organizer is not liable for technical failures leading to the unavailability of the offer, unless caused by intent or gross negligence. The organizer and the participating companies are not liable for damages caused by the participation at the computer, other equipment, or software of the participant or another person. For data loss, especially in the course of data transmission, and other technical defects, the organizer and the participating companies assume no liability. The organizer is not liable for any transmission errors. The organizer is released from all obligations with the fulfillment or handing over of the prize, unless a earlier date arises from these regulations. Claims for possible material and/or legal defects in the prizes are to be made exclusively against the manufacturer or the supplier of the prizes. Rights in this regard are hereby assigned, and the participant accepts the assignment. The organizer is only liable for damages if the damage is due to intent or gross negligence. For culpable injury to life, body, or health of a natural person, the organizer is also liable for simple negligence. Furthermore, the organizer is liable for the simple negligent breach of a cardinal obligation. Cardinal obligations are those whose fulfillment is essential for the proper execution of the competition and on whose compliance a participant in the competition can regularly rely. The foregoing limitation of liability applies in particular to damages caused by errors, delays, or interruptions in the transmission of data, malfunctions of the technical equipment or service, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, viruses, or in any other way during the use of the application. Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

11. Miscellaneous

Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. German law applies. Legal recourse is excluded. By participating, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions.
