Customer Service Representative E-Com (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

  • Independently handle customer inquiries from the B2C sector in second-level support via email and ticket service, rarely by phone
  • Written correspondence in German, English, and Dutch
  • Autonomous processing of return requests
  • Correspondence with suppliers and logistics partners
  • Responding to inquiries on social media platforms
  • Supporting the first-level support of marketplaces and timely processing of inquiries
  • Teamwork under guidance and in coordination with the customer service team lead
  • Organization of mailboxes
  • Support in product data maintenance and on-site coordination of sample parts for photoshoots

Your profile:

  • Experience in order processing or customer service
  • Very good German language skills in both written and spoken form
  • Good knowledge of English and Dutch
  • Friendly expression and customer-oriented communication
  • Willingness to work on a rotating schedule, including hourly shifts on Saturdays and possibly Sundays, but remotely from home
